American Heart Association was looking to get influencers and their audiences to learn about and participate in their #GoRedGetFit program to reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke. AHA had a particular challenge in that they desired to cast a narrow net targeting African American and Hispanic millennial women.
Blog Meets Brand was able to find influencers targeting AHA’s hyper-specific demographic target of African American and Hispanic millennial women and engaged and inspired them to get more involved in fitness and participate in the #GoRedGetFit movement. The influencers experienced the movement in a variety of ways from meeting the challenge of taking 10,000 steps per day to starting and documenting a new diet to engaging with a personal trainer.
